Global Archi International Market Management
Julien TardivonAssociate Director
Entrepreneur and polyglot traveler, I hesitated to integrate a school of architecture. Then I decide to study in a business school, where I specialize in business development and international strategy. After completing my studies and my internships in France and abroad, I get my degree and go to work in Munich. Working for architecture firms in Germany, I discover how to connect export management and architecture. Fascinated by this sector and convinced by this innovative concept, I decided to create Global Archi, and to provide a pragmatic service to meet the new needs of the architecture firms. Today I work closely with my partners and have the specific responsibility of recruitment and development of new international markets (markets neither French speaking nor German speaking).

My atypical background allowed me to discover the different aspects, issues and actors in the construction field. Following my internship at C2RMF, Saint-Gobain, Siemens and after an experience at Bouygues Construction, I worked for 2 years in Paris as engineer in the expertise “Building Sustainable”. Then I went to live in Munich (Germany) in 2010 and as project manager I was responsible for team coordination, financial & administrative management for German and Austrian architects that we helped in their development abroad. In 2013 I became partner and co-director of Global Archi, in charge of the French market, the project management during the competition phase as well as the marketing & communication.
In 2017 I decided to leave the company in order to start new projects.

Passionate about Architecture since years and after obtaining my baccalaureate in Literature, I opted for a Master’s Degree in “Languages and International Business” at the Parisian Universities La Sorbonne and at the IEE - Institute for European Studies. My professional experiences were naturally oriented towards French and German Architecture and Urban Planning firms. After having worked 4 years as Project Manager in Munich for European (out of Germany, Austria, Spanish and Italian) Architecture firms, interested in reaching the French public market, I understood how interesting the combination of Architecture and international development could be.
Today in Global Archi, I supervise the German-speaking market and the research of new clients and I am responsible for the Quality Process.
